Agents rarely lose motivation because they forgot how to sell. They lose it because the work stopped feeling meaningful. Reconnect them to the people they serve, the first time buyer, the family upsizing, before you talk numbers.
Coach, do not boss
A flat team does not need more pressure. It needs a leader who coaches. Specific feedback, a clear next step, and genuine belief will revive a team faster than any contest.
People will run through walls for a coach who clearly wants them to win.
